TMZ reports actress Jaime Pressly was arrested around 11pm last  night in California for suspicion of driving under the influence. After she commited a traffic violation, cops stopped her and noticed she was visibly drunk. She failed a sobriety test and taken into the Santa Monica jail, being held on $15,000 bail. No drugs were present nor were any children in the car
 but apparently her blood alcohol level must have been high because the bail is only that much when your BAC is over .15! Yikes!
