10. Amazing Fantasy, No. 15
This August 1960′s 15th issue of Amazing Fantasy marked the debut of Spiderman. The comic book series was scheduled for cancellation, but when Marvel received high reviews and sales went skyrocketing, The Amazing Spiderman was released as a full-time comic series. Spiderman was created by famous writer Stan Lee, and has since become one of the most well-known Marvel Comics characters.

This comic series and issue debuted in January of 1940. It introduced the characters of both Flash and Hawkman into the comic world. The value of this first issue is estimated to be around 289,000 dollars.
