Expensive UGG boots and slips-on are very popular with women. Just ask the long line of female customers who waited in the cold just to get inside the new UGG store on Madison Avenue in New York Monday.

UGG boss Angel Martinez told CNBC’s Jim Cramer Brady’s the perfect pitchman to tout the female-focused brand to manly men.

“We have decided that we needed to just get the word out there that it’s a brand for guys,” Martinez said, “give guys permission to wear UGG. And who better to give guys permission to wear UGG than…Tom Brady.”–Michael McCarthy
