Researchers warn that women who get more than 10 hours of sleep a night may increase their risk of stroke! Doctors from the Harvard School of Public Health studied the sleep patterns of female nurses and found those who slept more than 10 hours a night had a 63% higher risk of stroke. The correct amount of sleep a person is supposed to get per night is 7 to 8 hours…so, set your alarms ladies!
