Foxy has a restraining order on her from her neighbor, but that didn’t stop her from mooning her (super classy…) and cursing her out last July.
Today, Fox Boogie and her legal team turned down a plea deal in exchange for pleading guilty to said actions. Foxy intends to “fight” the charges against her, even though she has already admitted to mooning her (which completely violates the restraining order).
Foxy’s attorney demanded that the case be dismissed and when that didn’t work, he demanded a trial. They will get the trial but if they lose, Foxy faces one year in prison on a misdemeanor charge of violating the protection order. I don’t think it’s worth the risk. Do you???
