In one of the more shocking “splits” this year, Gucci parted ways with long-time manager and business partner, Debra Antney. This came on the heels of raptress Nicki Minaj also leaving Debra’s representation…leaving people to wonder if something shady was going on in the house of Mizay! Waka Flocka stayed on board, however, but considering Deb is his mother…that’s not all too surprising.
But today XXL reports that the two have put aside whatever caused the original split and are now working together once again.
“That’s my nephew,†she told XXL. “I love him. This is beyond the music game.â€
Considering all of Gucci’s recent legal and drug trouble, maybe he felt he was on a bad path without Deb??
