Despite his suspension from MSNBC for donating to Democratic candidates, host Keith Olbermann will return to his show Countdown on Tuesday. Phil Griffin, president of MSNBC, said:
“After several days of deliberation and discussion, I have determined that suspending Keith through and including Monday night’s program is an appropriate punishment for his violation of our policy. We look forward to having him back on the air Tuesday night.”
Could it have been his supporters that prompted the comeback? Olbermann received more than 280,000 signatures on an online petition asking for his return! Lesson learned…
