About a month ago, singer Mario was arrested on charges that he assaulted his mom in their shared apartment. It was later revealed she is a recovering drug addict. This afternoon, Mario was cleared of all charges when his mother asked they be dropped.
His mother, Shawntia Hardaway, told the judge she was intoxicated at the time and nothing really happened. As a result, prosecutors agreed to dismiss all charges against the singer.
