EAGLES:
Kevin Kolb will start at quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, coach Andy Reid announced.
Michael Vick took snaps with the scout team Friday but is not ready to return to the starting lineup. The former Pro Bowl quarterback will miss his second consecutive start Sunday because of damage to his rib cartilage.

BROWNS:
Although it’s not a surprise, it is now official: Rookie quarterback Colt McCoy will make his NFL debut Sunday for the Cleveland Browns.
After two days of practices and with two veteran quarterbacks still ailing, McCoy is “definitely” starting against the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-1), a source told ESPN.com Thursday evening. Barring something “extremely unforeseen” those plans won’t change, the source said.

PACKERS:
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a full practice Friday and is probable for Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said he thought Rodgers, who suffered a concussion last week against the Washington Redskins, was ready to play on Sunday, unless Rodgers suffers a setback.

VIKINGS:
Brett Favre returned to practice for the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday, one day after sitting out to rest his sore right elbow.  Looking like he will start, but that could always change.
Favre has been bothered by tendinitis in his throwing elbow and said earlier this week that he would consider sitting out a game or two to rest it if the condition worsens. Favre has started an NFL-record 289 straight regular season games.

STEELERS:
Big Ben is back…he’s ready and excited.  Let’s see what he’s got with missing the first 4 games.

RAIDERS:
Oakland Raiders quarterback Jason Campbell is expected to start Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. He’s back in the starting lineup where he began the season before being abruptly benched.
