A collaboration between Citroën and French artist Francoise Nielly, the resprayed Survolt just may be expressive enough to give all those BMW art cars a run for their money. The one-of-a-kind vehicle is set to displayed at C42, Citroën’s flagship showroom on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.
